Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll get a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Shipping Time
We ship to all 50 US states. Estimated delivery is 7–15 business days from the date of shipment.

Shipping Costs
Free standard shipping on all orders.

Order Tracking
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. Use it to check delivery status directly on the carrier's site.

Multiple Items
Orders with multiple items may ship separately and arrive on different days. You'll receive individual tracking numbers for each shipment.

Delays
Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Holidays, weather, and high order volumes can cause delays. We'll keep you in the loop if something comes up.

Lost or Stolen Packages
We're not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. If your tracking shows delivered but the package isn't there, check with neighbors and contact your local carrier first. If that doesn't resolve it, email us at support@vavavanity.com and we'll help figure it out.
